Stone knights take up vigil over the Relic of Unity in the Ashen Spires.

The Ash Drake scorches the Ashen Glade

The dragon is slain; its curse is not.

The Usurper takes the throne

The old order is crushed. Sir Ardent Carroway makes the last stand of the Silver Circle at the Iron Wastes.

Drakvar reclaims his oath

The exiled warden faces his shadow beneath the Hall of the Unyielding Oath and is named a Silver Warden.

Eadric's village burns

Raiders under dragon banners destroy the boy's home. He is trained by Brother Cadwyn in the Concordium and crosses the Gate of Shadows.

The Dragon Slayers Society is founded

Eadric, Kael, Ysella and Valen kill a black wyvern in the hills of Albion and swear their oath on Vigilance.

Galen forges his blade

At the Last Hearth in Frosthaven, Aldwyn brands a new Sigil Knight.

Karnyx falls

The Silver Circle pact is sworn at Dawn's Hollow. Eadric kills the dragon of corruption beyond the Black Spire.

The expedition to Eldmoor

Vaelthrax's poison breaks Eadric's company. Valen is lost in the mire and believed dead.

The first Siege of Ravenspire

Eadric orders the retreat. Kael and Ysella hold the line. Ysella dies; Kael is taken by the Dragon Kin and chooses power over death.

The Concordium falls

Eadric is its last known survivor. Kael's hollowed shade haunts Gildmere Abbey.

Drakvar binds the Shard of Varn

The Silver Warden chains the cursed Shard, the Bastion and himself together with forbidden magic.

Vaelthrax dies in Eldmoor

Eadric returns to the swamp and answers his guilt with Ysella's words.

The Hollowed Knight is laid to rest

Eadric forgives Kael's shade in Gildmere Abbey and takes a fragment of the Eschaton Shard.

Loric crosses the Gate of Shadows

Rykard buys the names of Blackmere's betrayers and survives Varrick's ambush.

In Albansreach, Eadric kills Lord Varrick. One fragment of the Chains survives.

The Shard of Varn is claimed

Eadric and Orlenna free Drakvar and take the Shard to use against Malakar.

The Verdant Pact

Orlenna, Eadric, Ysador and Rykard drink the Lifetree's essence. The forest fights beside them.

Emberholt burns

Valen finds Ysador in the ashes. The Dragon Kin march on Ravenspire.

The second Siege of Ravenspire

The south wall falls; Lorien's Starshard drives the horde back.

Callum refuses forbidden power.
